Our client operates in the U.S. auto shipping sector, a competitive niche of the logistics industry. With multiple services running at once, from websites and ad campaigns to hiring funnels and candidate searches, client communication required constant updates. Weekly Excel reports, email inquiries, and calls made it challenging to maintain a streamlined and transparent process.
To improve efficiency, we implemented Looker Studio dashboards. These reports provide real-time visibility into website performance, ad campaigns, traffic sources, and A/B test results – all in one interactive platform. Reports update automatically every 12 hours (or every 4 hours if needed), giving the client full access to up-to-date insights without waiting for manual updates.
Looker Studio was selected because it is user-friendly, easy to customize, integrates seamlessly with existing data sources, and allows for interactive exploration of metrics.
